The short version
We build apps that work without knowing who you are. We don't sell your data, we don't run ads, and we don't track you across other companies' apps or websites.
This policy applies to the website nightosphereflux.com and to apps published by Nightosphere Flux LLC (“we”, “us”). Individual apps may describe additional details in their App Store privacy label or in-app.
What we collect
- Data you create in our apps is stored on your device. If an app offers sync, it uses your private iCloud account, which we cannot access.
- Purchases are processed by Apple. We receive confirmation that a purchase occurred, never your payment details.
- Diagnostics. If you opt in to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may provide us with anonymized crash reports and usage statistics.
- Email. If you contact us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
This website does not use cookies or analytics trackers.
How we use it
Only to provide and improve our apps, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information for advertising.
Third parties
We rely on Apple for app distribution, payments, iCloud sync and diagnostics, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. If a specific app uses any additional service, it will be disclosed in that app's App Store privacy label.
Your choices
You can delete an app at any time to remove its local data, and manage iCloud data in your device settings. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete any information we hold about you (such as support emails) by contacting us — we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be noted in app release notes.
